We hope you love your BORIBOTH products, but in the instance you are not 100% satisfied, we offer exchange or store credit only within 14 days of receipt of items, given they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Before shipping back your purchase, send us an email at and let us know which item you are sending back. We cannot process exchanges for any items that have been used or washed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Items sent back without notice outside our 14-day return window will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Please note: Made-to-order textile are final sale. They may not be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Due to the nature of handmade goods, we embrace slight variations in color and design. We celebrate these as a sign of a truly unique, handcrafted piece. When ordering multiples we do our best to make sure the pieces match as closely as possible.
Workshops: All workshops are fully refundable as long as we receive notification of cancellation at least 48 hours in advance of the workshop. We are not able to refund workshops with less than 48 hours notice.
All limited edition and discounted items are final sale - they may not be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order. 
Made-to-order textile and custom products are final sale.
We generally do not accept returns on non-defective items. If you believe you are eligible for a return or exchange, claims must be received via email within one week of order receipt. There is a 15% restocking fee for trade customers returning non-defective merchandise.

All of our products are made by hand and are the result of a very thoughtful production process. Our products are meant to be used and loved in your home. As with any type of handmade goods, these will naturally experience wear and tear. We recommend following the care instructions we’ve shared here. If you experience a unique issue with any of our products, please feel free to reach out and we would be more than happy to help you find a solution. We cannot offer store credit or exchanges for products that have experienced wear or washing.
Packages are shipped via traceable Thai Postal Service or DHL carrier. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your purchase ships out.  If you want an update on the whereabouts of your order, please contact the carrier directly. If you believe your package was lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist you after a claim has been filed.

BORIBOTH ships internationally, with some exceptions. To receive an international shipping quote please email with the items and quantities you'd like to purchase as well as your exact address.
Please be aware international orders generally take 6-12 business days. All international sales are final. BORIBOTH is not responsible for import fees, taxes, VATS or any other custom fees should your package be processed by customs.
We are unable to cancel or change made-to-order or pre-order purchases.
